SHIPPING
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your distance from the shipping facility in Ontario. Domestic orders normally deliver in 3-7 business days. International orders can take 7 days - 4 weeks to be delivered. (The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility.)

RETURNS
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

Products purchased from Okayshop can be returned to the shop directly in their original condition within 14 days upon the receipt of your item(s) for a refund.  Shipping charges will not be refunded and you are responsible for shipping costs related to your return.  You may exchange an item within 30 days of the receipt for another item or store credit.  Product must be returned in its original condition. If you plan to return an item, first notify us by email at service@okayplayer.com.  Please include your order number and reason for the return with your package.  Returns must be shipped to:

Refunds will be issued only after product has been received and verified to be in its original condition.  A refund will not be granted for items that are returned with obvious wear for which it will be sent back to you.
